A minimum of 5 pieces per requested item is required to open a wholesale order with Sidewinder Goods. Once your order is processed, we will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice. Payment due upon receipt.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
Changes or cancellation to orders must be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of opening an order.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
At this time, we accept payment through PayPal only.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 1 weeks for your order to ship. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total upon receipt. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We will only accept returns in the case of defective or damaged merchandise reported within 5 days of arrival. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise where available. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
